Will I get the same items every month?

No. Each month's box is unique and will contain different items than previous months. It's a great way to try new brands and products.

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO/DPO.

I just signed up. Now what?

As soon as you order we will ship out a Welcome Kit to you or the gift recipient that includes an information sheet, a free sample along with coupons and discounts. It's our way of saying Thank You for joining us!

When will I get my first box?

We ship boxes on the 4th of each month for all new subscribers who signed up during the previous month. If the 4th falls on the weekend or holiday it will ship the following business day.

Is the box geared for men or women?

Both! All of the items can be utilized by both men and women.

Will I get a box of only sample sizes?

No. Each box will contain a full size supplement plus full size protein bars or snacks. Because we know you're hungry!
